Cup curtain

Wanted to share an inspirational picture from my own home & kitchen window in which I have made a "cup curtain". Did not want to cover my beautiful window to much & came up with this idea. I found all the old cups & milk pitchers at different flea markets. They are all beautiful in their own way & I wish I could know some of the stories behind all their coffee breaks!


                        

Swing necklace

Saw in a mag today this very different looking swing in the shape of a necklace, Schaukelkette, by German designer Johanna Richter. Think it is a really fun idea & definitely better looking then other swings, but wondering how comfortable it is?

 The Greenwich Hotel in Tribeca, N.Y owned by the man himself Mr. De Niro. He built it with all his best hotel experiences in mind put into one hotel.
All the rooms have different themes & a very warm & personal feeling to them. A hotel to remember the next time you are in N.Y.

It is been very cold here in Sweden for way to long & tonight I wish I had a nice warm tub to relax in!!!

 Cute arrangement that is simple enough to make at home

Once upon a time tulips where a privilege for the rich only, but fortunately today we can all enjoy them.  I am hoping these pictures of beautiful tulips will scare the winter away n let spring arrive!

Found this picture in a mag n thought the little heart was super cute and easy to make! Hand- stitched with ribbons and a small piece of fabric. An idea would be to fill it with lavender or put it on a wrapped gift or around a flower bouquet!
